I am looking for a laid back easy to get along with roomate for my amazing downtown apartment. Huge bedroom with 2 big closets, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, patio, spiral staircase (not as dangerous as it sounds! even when drinking!), mural of NYC skyline upstairs, lots of room.
preferable student or young professional, I am a graphic design student at Fanshawe.
Prefer Non-smoker (no smoking in the apartment but thats what patios are for)
No pets (fish ok)
Utilities not included but so far really cheap
cable included, so far been using free wireless signal that has been reliable

Possibilty of renting out the smaller office area which is not a real bedroom but could be made into one. Right now space not really being utilized and then rent woudl be cheaper for all included. I'd be willing to rent this out for 300$ a month but real bedroom must rent first.
